it was ok for a 1 night stay but I will not recommend for families.
bedsheets and bed was clean and simple
not too clean and has a strong smell along the corridor. rather old furnishes. the sofa bed in 1 of our rooms has stains on it.

Over all; I would stay here again. The price was very low for all of the amenities.
Very impressed with the fact they provide dinner, breakfast AND free parking. The staff was very kind considering I forgot some documents and worked with me. Location was great and in a walkable part of the city.
The bathroom was pretty dirty - a bit of mold in the shower room. It made me a little uncomfortable while showering. The rest of the room was clean. But the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, though I think this is very standard in the Japanese hotels.

Breakfast time ended earlier than I thought, so I missed. Hair dryer had dust. Bed was hard. There was no enough towels.
